“You do not need to arrive in therapy polished, certain, or holding it all together. My role is to create a space where you can be fully human, while helping you make sense of your patterns, reconnect with yourself, and move toward meaningful change.”

Brittany Klipstein, LCSW, PMH-C

Founder | Therapist | Clinical Supervisor

Brittany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Founder and Clinical Director of Anchor Point Behavioral Health, practicing clinician, and Approved Clinical Supervisor. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens within safe, authentic relationships—and that therapy should feel both deeply human and genuinely transformative.

With over a decade of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families across a wide range of clinical settings—including hospitals, schools, agencies, community mental health, intensive outpatient programs, and inpatient care—Brittany brings both breadth and depth to her clinical work. These experiences have shaped a nuanced, integrative clinical lens and a deep appreciation for the complexity of the human experience.

Her approach is highly personalized, relational, and rooted in evidence-based care, drawing from modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, EMDR, IFS-informed work, and trauma-focused approaches. Whether supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, OCD, ADHD, identity exploration, family dynamics, parenting stress, grief, life transitions, or the emotional complexity of fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, and modern motherhood, Brittany tailors care with intention, flexibility, and depth.

Brittany earned her B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience from Gettysburg College, where she completed honors research focused on childhood anxiety and graduated with distinction. She went on to earn her Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, receiving specialized clinical training in trauma, severe mental illness, mood disorders, and substance use treatment.

She holds certifications in Perinatal Mental Health, Reproductive Mental Health, Women’s Mental Health, and Integrative Mental Health, reflecting her deep commitment to specialized, whole-person care for women across the lifespan. She also has advanced training in EMDR, infertility and pregnancy loss, trauma, and ADHD, allowing her to support clients navigating both the emotional and physiological complexity of these experiences with compassion and clinical depth.

As both a clinician and leader, Brittany is deeply committed to clinical excellence, thoughtful mentorship, and building the kind of practice where exceptional care is the standard. In addition to her direct clinical work, she serves as an Approved Clinical Supervisor and SIFI-certified field instructor, supporting the growth and development of emerging clinicians.

My style.

Compassionate care with clinical precision

I bring my clinical expertise, love of learning, and authenticity into the room with me every time. I don’t believe in therapists as blank slates. I believe in showing up with integrity, professionalism, and a healthy dose of humanity through humor, quick wit, and candor.

My special interests include perinatal and postpartum mental health, trauma recovery, women’s mental health, neurodivergent women, emerging adulthood, and navigating grief and bereavement.

Clients describe me as warm, authentic, grounded, and as having a good sense of humor. I see my role not as an expert on your life, but as a guide who walks alongside you—helping you explore what’s possible, build self-trust, and move toward the life you want.
